Group courses are a complete mindfulness toolkit for beginners and people who would like to refresh their mindfulness practice. The course is based on the key elements of Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction and Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy and includes a handbook and CD covering all the teachings.
Lower stress, increase productivity and dramatically increase staff well being with workplace mindfulness training. We offer full courses, day and half day mindfulness workshops as well as after work evening sessions for staff.
These sessions are generally for people who would like to work through a particular issue with a mindful approach.
