Learn Mindfulness: Level One


Learn to meditate in just 10 days! All it takes is 10 minutes a day.

This course is for complete beginners and will teach you everything you need to know to get started in meditation. This course is also the foundation to progress on to my ‘Learn Mindfulness: Level Two’ course.

After you’ve completed these two courses you will have all the skills and knowledge you need to go out into the big wide world and explore and engage in any meditation practices, teachings and traditions that you’re drawn towards with a strong foundation. And of course, any of my other courses.
